If a member or visitor likes (or agrees with) the comment, he/she gives the comment a thumb up. Otherwise, he/she gives it a thumb down. A comment with “thumbs down” more than “thumbs up” means that Pinoy jokers generally did not like the comment and should therefore be hidden from public view.
